Agreement to Terms of Use

1. Prices quoted are in Philippine pesos (Php) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
2. Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
3. Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
4. To order online, registered customers must first log in with their designated email address and password.
5. Accepted mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
6. Not valid in conjunction with any promotion, discounts, or membership privileges unless otherwise stated for campaigns.
7. Shangri-La Circle point accrual is not valid.
8. Product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary.

Delivery

• All Bakeshop items must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
• Hampers need at least 48 hours in advance notice.
• Delivery hours are from 7am-6pm.
• Delivery fee will apply depending on location. Flat rate of Php750 net for location up to 20km from the resort.

Takeaway / Self Pick-up

• All orders must be collected at Concierge, located at the lobby of the Main Wing
• For third party pick-up service, please ensure to indicate the hotel address as follows:
  • Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu (Main Wing) , Punta Engaño Rd, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu 6015

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
• Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
  1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
  2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund

Shangri-La Circle Award Points

• Shangri-La Circle Award Points accrual is valid for items purchased except when stated otherwise. Please provide Shangri-La Circle membership number upon check-out. Not a member? Join now
• Name presented on the credit or debit card used for payment must match the Shangri-La Circle membership details to earn Shangri-La Circle Award points.
• The delivery fee is not eligible for earning Shangri-La Circle Award points.
• Applicable government taxes are not eligible to earn Shangri-La Circle Award points.
